Allison G. Hawthorne
Executive Director
Allison brings thoughtful leadership, vision and strategy to her work. Her background in different industries across multiple states informs Homefields’ projects involving organizational effectiveness, development and long-term planning.
Dominique A Didier, Ph.D.
President
I am a professor of Biology at Millersville University and became involved with Homefields initially as a shareholder, but I also share a passion for the mission of Homefields and truly love the welcoming atmosphere that Homefields provides. My goal is to help spread the word about Homefields and its mission through service to the organization as well as outreach in the community.
Andy Hirschmann, CPA
Treasurer
Andy is a certified public accountant and partner with Simon Lever, a Central PA advisory and accounting firm. Andy has spent his 25-year career helping his clients and community organizations maximize their success and impact with guidance when it matters most.
Matt Dilley
Secretary
Matt is a long-time super-volunteer who is responsible for some of the infrastructure that you'll find at Homefields, including the walkways, pergola, greenhouses, and native planting. When he's not improving our environment, you may find him hiking our national parks.

As a program specialist in human services with supervisory experience, Maria’s perspective informs and shapes our decision-making.
Amy Muhlendorf
Amy couples a background in the law with a decades-long intimacy of Homefields’ processes and programs, guiding us through major decision-making.
Jared Peters
Coming to the board as a CSA member, Jared applies his work experience in strategic operations at a forest-level and he volunteers at events.
Dave Strauss, Media chair
As the creative director of an educational publishing house in New York, Dave channels decades of experience into Homefields’ outreach efforts.

Linda is also a board director of Community Services Group and an owner of Thomas E. Strauss, Inc. Hospitality Group.
