Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
At least two years of experience managing a CSA or working in a position directly related to managing a CSA from seeding, to transplanting, to harvest to delivery
Operates and maintains small farm tractors and related farm equipment
Experience operating greenhouses year round
Understands how to grow diverse varieties of crops, crop rotation to ensure multiple harvests, pest control, soil nutrient management
Two years supervisory experience highly desirable
Highly desire experience with, or understanding of, organic certification
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Basic knowledge of Google workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and related web-based software
