Positions will be filled as soon as the appropriate candidate is found. All employment is seasonal; agricultural workers are eligible to apply for unemployment in the off season. All team members share in the bounty of the farm, taking home a weekly share of vegetables, fruits and herbs.

  • Fulltime, year-round

    $20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred

    • At least two years of experience managing a CSA or working in a position directly related to managing a CSA from seeding, to transplanting, to harvest to delivery

    • Operates and maintains small farm tractors and related farm equipment

    • Experience operating greenhouses year round

    • Understands how to grow diverse varieties of crops, crop rotation to ensure multiple harvests, pest control, soil nutrient management

    • Two years supervisory experience highly desirable

    • Highly desire experience with, or understanding of, organic certification

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team

    • Basic knowledge of Google workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and related web-based software

  • Fulltime, seasonal (Feb - Nov)

    $17.00 - $20.00/hr, depending on experience

  • Fulltime, seasonal (March - Nov)

    $15.00 - $18.00/hr, depending on experience

  • Hourly part time, 16–24 hours / week

    $15.00 - $17.00 / hour depending on experience

    Nice to haves: receives a weekly farm share

    Location: Hybrid (on site and virtual)

    Qualifications:
