Allison brings thoughtful leadership, vision, and strategy to her work. Her background across multiple industries and states informs Homefields’ projects on organizational effectiveness, development, and long-term planning.

Dominique A Didier, Ph.D.
President

I am a professor of Biology at Millersville University and became involved with Homefields initially as a shareholder. I also share a passion for Homefields' mission and truly love the welcoming atmosphere it provides. My goal is to help spread the word about Homefields and its mission through service to the organization and community outreach.

Andy Hirschmann, CPA
Treasurer

Andy is a certified public accountant and partner with Simon Lever, a Central PA advisory and accounting firm.  Andy has spent his 25-year career helping his clients and community organizations maximize their success and impact with guidance when it matters most.

Matt Dilley
Secretary

I’ve been involved at Homefields for the past 20-plus years as a shareholder, volunteer, and board member. As someone who enjoys being “out and about,” Homefields offers opportunities to be active in the natural environment alongside like-minded individuals of various abilities.

BOARD MEMBERS

Amy Muhlendorf
Amy couples a background in the law (specializing in employment law and related risk management) with decades of familiarity with Homefields’ processes and programs, guiding us through major decision-making.

Jared Peters
I have been a board member at Homefields since 2021 and have been a long-time CSA shareholder prior to that. I was initially drawn to Homefields for its high-quality produce and the amazing healing properties of being on the farm. Organic certification is a “big deal” because it not only aligns with my personal values but also exemplifies Homefields' commitment to sustainability.  After joining the board, I quickly saw the connection to the community and the determination to fulfill its mission, which kept me around. It would be impossible to choose a favorite part of the Homefields experience, but I’d have to say the pick-your-own fields are at the top of that list. I’ve met many people out there picking herbs, flowers, and hot peppers, or just wandering the rows, listening to and absorbing nature. I studied environmental management at the University of Maryland before receiving a master’s degree in business. I’ve spent most of my professional life in the transportation and logistics industry, and I bring an analytical, problem-solving skill set to the team.

Dave Strauss
As the creative director of an educational publishing house, I try to bring experience to Homefields’ media efforts and do my best to promote its amazing people and programs. My sister Lisa lives in the ranch house—our parents, Linda and Tom, are founding members. But if that weren’t so, I would still feel connected to the purpose and beauty that make Homefields uniquely special.
