Dominique Didier will introduce guests to the many varieties of peppers grown at Homefields, and will share recipes, tips, and tricks for preserving and pickling peppers, both hot and sweet. Samples will be provided.
Dominique Didier is a professor of Biology at Millersville University where she teaches Zoology and Marine Biology. She lives in Millersville with her husband and daughter along with 10 beautiful Merino sheep, a flock of chickens, 2 dogs and 3 cats and enjoys traveling, cooking and running. She loves spicy food, and being a member of Homefields has fueled her passion for peppers.
