Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga

Elizabeth Swope and Amy Finnegan conducted a one-hour online Tai chi and Gentle Yoga class, honoring our fluid lunar nature. Gentle movements connect our mind, body and spirit to the farm and earth, and invite us to slow down and practice self-care.

Elizabeth Swope is a 200-hour yoga teacher of gentle, restorative and slow mindful yoga incorporating season, rhythms, and poetry.

Amy Finnegan has worked for 20 years as a physical therapist assistant in outpatient physical therapy.
