What we’re looking for in a Farmhand
A passion for the purpose: supporting people with disabilities, community engagement, and social justice.
High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of one season of experience with farm work/greenhouse/landscaping, familiarity with hand tools preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.

Your Day
Assist the farm manager to maintain accurate records of farm operations, including crop yields, tracking to comply with organic certification requirements and financial expenditures.
Support partnerships with local organizations and schools to promote vocational training, educational workshops, farm tours and volunteers
Support the distribution of food donations to local charities and community organizations is completed and tracked per food safety guidelines.
Follow safety practices and best practices for sustainable farming.
Seasonal from August 10–November 10
Week 1 – Monday and Wednesday; Week 2 – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
In-person with minimal remote work.
$14.00 / hour.
