Join us at the farm for a 3-week mindful yoga for self-care series. We'll slow down and reflect on ways we can care for ourselves in this busy world. Classes are perfect for beginners and will include gentle movement, breathe work and mindfulness practices. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket/towel.
Kim Stoltzfus is a Mindfulness Educator with Wellness Works in Schools, as well as a registered yoga teacher and Y12SR (Yoga and the 12 Steps of Recovery) facilitator. Kim enjoys sharing the tools that have helped her to find more peace and grounding in this sometimes crazy life!
