Join us for a yoga for self-care class. We'll slow down and reflect on ways we can care for ourselves in this busy world. Perfect for beginners, this class will include gentle movement, breath work and mindfulness practices. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket/towel.
Kim Stoltzfus is a Mindfulness Educator with Wellness Works in Schools, as well as a registered yoga teacher and Y12SR (Yoga and the 12 Steps of Recovery) facilitator. Kim enjoys sharing the tools that have helped her to find more peace and grounding in this sometimes crazy life!
