Experience the farm in a new way with nature journalist Carol Welsh as your guide. Carol is a knowledgeable naturalist and accomplished artist; she will select vegetables, herbs and flowers in season at the farm for rendering and will offer recipes and fascinating information about each selection for inclusion in your journals.
This class is open to the public and open to all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. Watercolors, brushes and paper will be provided; if you prefer, please feel free to bring your own paints, charcoal, pencil or other medium, journal or drawing paper. This event will be held rain or shine. In the event of significant rain, subject matter will be brought into the barn for painting and drawing.
Adults: $20.00 / Children & Youth: $5.00
This offering is part of our Talks in the Fields series, sharing the land with the community by offering educational opportunity's by donation or at reasonable fees. All proceeds benefit Homefields.
