Find fluidity, mobility and movement. Amy's peaceful Tai Chi will move the qi through your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Maggie's gentle, flowing yoga will move you through a few standing poses and then restore you with seated and reclining poses.
This will be an hour of gentle, flowing movement accessible for all levels, and beginners are welcome.
