Gentle Yoga and Tai Chi

Amy and Elizabeth conducted a one-hour online Tai chi and Gentle Yoga class, honoring our fluid lunar nature, and invite us to slow down and practice self-care. Gentle movements connect our mind, body and spirit to the farm and earth.

Elizabeth Swope is a 200-hour yoga teacher of gentle, restorative and slow mindful yoga incorporating season, rhythms, and poetry.

Amy Finnegan has worked for 20 years as a physical therapist assistant in outpatient physical therapy.
