Picnic at the Farm is an outdoor celebration of food and community, with live music, games, activities, and a menu that spotlights the bounty of Homefields Care Farm. Proceeds go to the maintenance of our homes, property, and care farm, providing options for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Family-friendly: Education students from the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center will provide age-appropriate experiences for children, including story-telling, planting, gross motor activities, and scavenger hunts around the farm.
Self-guided tour: explore the greenhouses, apiaries, insect hotel, and back fields. Stay in the mix or find a quiet corner.
Lawn games: Giant jenga, corn hole, and more.

A Taste of Homefields
Guest chefs will prepare small bites using organic ingredients from Homefields Care Farm. Koshary Station, Chef Matt from Cracked Pepper Catering, Jon & Maria from Jon & Maria’s llc, and Erica Joy of Erica Joy Bakes Gluten Free Creations, and lavender mint spritzer by Dominique Didier.
Music
The Over Easy trio will provide live music to create an atmosphere.
